  I am ONLY giving Heritage one star because it's mandatory. DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE... LET ME REPEAT, DO NOT PUT YOUR LOVED ONES HERE. If you do, you'll be at your own risk. My mother was buried here February 2019 in the Garden of Memories. Heritage Memorial Cemetery, Garden of Memories IS THEE NASTIEST, DISGUSTING, AND UNKEPT location of the cemetery. I have spoken several times to the staff, maintenance, and management Mr. XXXXX XXXXX and have been given nothing but excuses and the run-a-round. Here we are 4-years later and no changes. I have plenty of footage and it looks NOTHING like the pictures on this website, only the front. Heritage Cemetery has one job, and they failed at it miserably. Every Birthday, Mothers Day, Thanksgiving, Veterans Day, Christmas, and every other holiday, not to mention the just because, I despise going to this Cemetery because it's so unkept. I ALWAYS have to go with 5-gallons of water, rags, scissors, and compound boots because it's just that bad. There's NO GRASS, only weeds. The plots are very muddy, weeds are high, it's just a mess and somebody needs to be held accountable. Charles County will be hearing from me.

  Mack David is very disrespectful and unprofessional. This rating is strictly based on his poor customer service and excessive rudeness. Not only did he dismiss my issue after being promised something over a month ago they did not deliver for the second time there was no apology or acknowledgement of their failure to provide promised services. I contacted the number listed which was linked to Mack Davids personal phone I'm assuming because he answered only to be nasty, never asked my name interrupted my statement and abruptly ended the call after stating, "This is my off day and if you want to talk to me and me to listen to you call me tomorrow." I didn't force him to answer his phone nor did I require him to link the line to his personal phone. This man is always nasty and rude and needs not work with the public for that reason alone. The website lies as do what they are supposed to be doing. The memory of this nasty encounter amongst others in the past with Mack David alone certainly one I will never forget and regret ever doing business with the likes of someone such as him. The young lady is very nice and familiar with the services, she makes you feel welcome and understands the heartache you are feeling and aims to please making it so much easier to get through such devastating times. It suck that having Mack David on staff here which brings down the value and morale of the company. He is the worst and I advise anyone considering doing business with Heritage Memorial request to be serviced by the Young Lady who works there you will be satisfied and she treats you with respect and courtesy.

  My Mom Mrs.Dorothy F.Q.D.Williams, God rest her soul, was laid to rest on January 19th, 2016 @ Heritage Memorial Cemetery. While I would have liked to have had Mom laid to rest in Washington, DC or closer to DC, I am very satisfied w/ Mom's final on-earth resting place. I plan to be cremated and half my remains buried with my Dad & half with my Mom. I will have two final resting places. Heritage Memorial Cemetery grounds are beautiful. I love Heritage Memorial Cemetery b/c it's Mom's nu home.

  well their service was some what disrespectful they made the family away from the burial spot they will change burial spots and without notifying the family. they will mislead you. I went to go see my family member and they weren't in the spot i first visited my family was mad and i tried to make a complant and the place was not open very UN businesslike.
